Julia Stanmore

Jules has a strong passion for health, fitness, and human movement having spent the last 11 years heavily involved with both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting – holding Coaching certifications in both sports including an AWF Club Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach Level 1 and a CrossFit Level 2 trainer.

Having personally competed at various levels in both sports and spent the last 6 years as a CrossFit Coach, Jules is dedicated to helping everyday athletes reach their fitness goals and perform at both recreational and competitive levels. 

“I understand what is necessary for athletes to take that next step in their training and thoroughly enjoy following that process along with each of my clients. I am also committed to educating through this process to empower my clients to be able to take control of their health and fitness with the aim of sustainability and longevity for all.” 

Outside of work, you will likely find Jules enjoying some time outdoors, relaxing with friends and family, or at the gym (still) pursuing the most recent venture of training for the Australian U23 Weightlifting Nationals.
